365 Days on the Paleo Diet
The first day of August, which means I’ve been on the Paleo diet a month. These are my notes about today, and a quick thing or two about overall progress.
Eggs, makeshift burgers, and a strawberry poppyseed + grilled chicken salad are the main courses today.
A day of dodging bullets at both Chick-fil-a and the Macaroni Grill.
The most important thing of the day is definitely the chocolate waffles.
Notes from day 28 of the Paleo diet.
A lazy sunday. Crockpot roast and some chicken.
Nothing overly adventurous today, the standard breakfast, a salad for lunch, and pancakes for dinner.
More lies from my scale, some eggs and blueberry sausage… Lunch was leftovers, and a fail. Dinner was a new curry dish.
An odd day, that 24. Blueberry sausage, a salad, and some hot dogs are on the menu.
Wherein my scale lies to me, twice, maybe three times.
