365 Days on the Paleo Diet: Day 26

26 July 2014

I just don’t even know what the scale is doing these days. I can’t even be sure if it’s not just reading fitness news over WIFI while I’m trying to weigh in. Nevertheless, the official weight for the day is 213.2 lb. a 3.8 lb. rise from yesterday.

Breakfast

3 eggs, scrambled in coconut oil

Lunch

We were out, so I got a Chick-Fil-A grilled market salad without the dressing and bleu cheese.

Afternoon Snack

It was hot, and I was a little hungry, so I blended plums, ice, and some honey for a slushy.

Dinner

I made these banana and vanilla bean pancakes, except that I didn’t use a vanilla bean and instead added some raw cacao powder and honey. I topped it with applesauce, because it’s good.

Water

I didn’t make it to 72 ounces today, which is surprising because it’s ridiculously hot.
