365 Days on the Paleo Diet: Day 27

This morning I weighed in at 211.7 lb., which is a 1.5 lb. drop since yesterday.
3 eggs, scrambled in coconut oil.
Beef pot roast (blade roast. Again, it’s amazing.) A bit of cooked carrots, mushrooms, and onions. I placed it on some lettuce to be fancy, and had apple sauce on the side.
I blended a lime with some honey and ice to make a slushy. It was awesome.
Chicken, broccoli, and about 1/3 of an apple. I was very much hungry 15 minutes after eating.
I’m the only one in the house strictly on the Paleo diet, so the request came in for “cake or something”. Since the grocery store near the house has all of nothing that’s Paleo legit, I got them some Klondike bars. Obviously I can’t eat that, so I had the next best thing, a chocolate cake. I kid. I had a banana and some almond butter. It’s decent, but definitely not equal. I could have added honey to sweeten it up a bit, but I’ve been eating too much honey lately.
