365 Days on the Paleo Diet: Day 28

Today I weighed in at 210.8 lb., which is a 1.1 lb. drop since yesterday. If this weight is real, it’s the first time I’ve been this low in a year. So perk there.
Eggs, three of them, scrambled with coconut oil.
Not a snack, but I had some black coffee. I thought it might help with my congestion, but nope.
I made burgers, just without the bun. So ground beef, tomato, lettuce, and sweet potato. I also had 1/3 of an apple.
This is probably the weakest dinner to date. I had a few small pieces of chicken, a few grapes, and one or two straggling pieces of watermelon.
