365 Days on the Paleo Diet: Day 29

I weighed in at 210.2 lb. this morning, a 0.6 lb. drop from yesterday. Sounds perfectly reasonable. Also, these shorts I haven’t worn in two years fit again, so wardrobe++. Why I had them just sitting around in storage when they didn’t fit, I don’t really know.
3 eggs, scrambled with coconut oil.
Chicken, broccoli, and half a plantain (cooked in coconut oil.)
1 banana, and a little apple sauce.
Chocolate waffles! with applesauce.
