365 Days on the Paleo Diet: Day 30

I weighed in this morning at 209.7 lb., a 0.5 lb. drop since yesterday.
3 eggs, scrambled in coconut oil.
We took my daughter to play at Chick-fil-a, so I got a chicken salad with fruit. (Grilled master salad.) I didn’t eat the dressing, and ordered it without the blue cheese.
Annnnnddd… we were out again and we happened to see my wife’s favorite restaurant. We haven’t been there in probably two years, so we had dinner there. At the Macaroni Grill, there’s nothing Paleo on the menu. Most of it is pasta, but, you can pretend by getting the Calabrese steak without any sauces or anything. It came with a side of potatoes and broccolini. Now it may seem like I’m being hard on Macaroni Grill here, but I’m not. A couple years ago we asked what was gluten free on their menu and it was surprising. I thought for sure that the vegetables would be, but they’re coated with a seasoning that contains gluten and preservatives. I think there’s one thing on the menu that is gluten free, and it’s a pasta. How odd is that? The steak tasted good, however.
