Piratey
I don’t shoot models very often and I needed practice, so my wife volunteered to model for me. For this shoot, we went with a pirate inspired theme, and I’m pretty happy with the way it turned out.

A Cello And A Field
We were there, and we had a cello. Kerry did a fantastic job. I wanted to push the contrast and bend the colors here, and I think that paid off.

The Flow of the River
This is one of my first attempts at “Trash the Dress” photography. It’s not the dirtiest a wedding dress has ever gotten on a “Trash the Dress” session, but it was pretty soaked by the end of the shoot.
Sitting in the Water
This was one of my first attempts at “Trash the Dress” photography. At this point, the river is rather shallow. Truthfully, it really doesn’t qualify as much of a river at this time of year.
Under the Bridge
I loved the contrast between the white, clean (at this moment) wedding dress, and the gritty, stone wall.
Ballerina
My niece was posing for my wife when I shot this photo. I thought the light and shadow of the cypress swamp made the composition a little bit more fairy-tale-esque.
